With the new FEMA rules for living on the water, it is recommended to use a GC that knows the lay of the land. We work closely with Leonard Land Surveyors LLC. to guarantee projects are tackled decisively and with accuracy. There is no room for error on the water.

From all forms of maintenance and scheduling, to captains and crew for hire, we are the "Angie's List" of the nautical world. We can assist you in the complete management of your vessel, the systems within, and what company or contractor best fits your boating needs. It can be frustrating dealing with marinas and contractors for repairs and advice. Allow our diligent team to be the liaison between you and the boat yard. We hire experienced captains with local water knowledge that can set you on the right course through some of the most hazardous navigational waters on the Eastern seaboard.

ABOUT US
We are a fully insured marine and property management company who got its start as a commercial diving business, formally known as Barnacle Busters. Barnacle Busters was established in 1996 as a hull cleaning and boat detailing operation. Over the years, the demand grew for other marine services associated with electrolosis, bottom coats, and barnacle build-up inside the engines. In 2005, the founder, Jason Trimbach, attained his Captain's License with a 100-ton near coastal designation. It was at this point Jason saw the need for someone to oversee and manage his customers' projects at great detail, something the local marinas lacked. This is how the the marine management aspect of Barnacle Busters was born. Since then, we have been managing customers' boats, waterfront properties, and projects of all sizes.
